in march i hurt my foot either dancing or running. david said i either strained or sprained it or possily a stress factor, then i went to the doctors and thats what he said too. i had to wear a special sandle for a month. as well as stop dancing and running (which i was doing everyday..big change! in life style) i also went to a theripst for my foot at school and they massaged it everyday (whoo)
i am starting to do normal things now. it feels lots better.
