winter 08 roomie breakfast
last saturday i met up with my roomates from winter 2008 (except amanda she couldnt come) and we had a breakfast at IHOP as a reuion! :)

Easter! making days better..
for easter i went to church and it was really neat! i gave prayer in sacrament meeting....that was a first.
after church i went to jeffs with sherry and jeffs sisters and we had a dinner together which was very yummy and i brought a sherbert pie :). then we had a easter egg hunt that sherry set up ...and it was really hard cuz the eggs were little and well hidden but very fun! then we played uno and chatted.
new goals: right now im reading the new testiment and ive made a goal to write what i learened that day from the scriprutes and thats what i am going to work on for the day.
things i learned from the scriptures (matt 7) on easter day: dont judge, ask god, treat others how you want to be treated, you acts determin if your good or not, do heavenly fathers will adn you will have heaven, be wise and use common sense.

conference
i wanted to write down what i learned from conference before i forget.
i thought it was pretty insane they talked about temple attendance in two talks in a row..must be really important.
they asked us to find more investigators for the missionarys so they can be doing more teaching and less finding.
they said alot through out conference that we are not alone!
the prophet sad a warning to everyone of the new technology of having bad things available. espeacially the internet (ive never had trouble with the internet but felt that this was very direct and i should act on it so instead of worry about the internet im going to be more picky on the tv, movies and music i listen and watch.)
in the young womens (which techniquely im not one but i watched anyway) the prophet talked alot about courage...First, the courage to refrain from judging others;
Second, the courage to be chaste and virtuous; and Third, the courage to stand firm for truth and righteousness.

day before easter
last night anna came over and we dyed egss for easter:
after she left i came back and in front of my door there were a ton of these cups filled with water and stapled together so if we moved them we'd get wet. we got pranked! then i was home alone and it was late adn some one rang the doorbel but i was too scared to open it but it looked like the door was a lil open so i was scared someone was gonna think no ones here and prank in our house and that scared me, so i decided to watch the door to make sure they dont come in, then they knocked so i screamed on accident and they def knew i was here. then i had durenalyn enough to open up the door wide! but i could see no one and all my durenalyn left and i was scared a gain hahah. so i stood there with the door open and then slammed it shut and locked it. then courtney and her friend joe came home because i was scared and court came in and joe saw 3 guys next to our place and ran them off. but im almost certain it wasnt them and it was them and it was my old roomie keli. hahah poor guys hahahhaha
