my dad is an "awesome dude" (as he would put it)

-i love it when he would sing to me to wake me up
-He instantly become friends with everyone he meets
-He is learn able - for example if he wants to learn a new foreign language he'll do it.
-"old and grey and whithered away" is everythings he's not - he is just as involved with what his kids are doing. and isn't gonna let us pass him up. dads thought..." I think im going to run a marathon today." "well done that how about a iron man next summer."
- sometimes he sneaks dryed milk in our macaroni and cheese...gross
- He makes his kids all feel speacil. with me he has given me a nick name - hey there hi there ho there as happy as can be there. he also takes pride in "looking like me"....he thinks if he had long hair like me we'd be twins. haha
-he doesn't hesitate to bear his testimony in from of his family
-I have no doubt he loves my mom. I can see it in the way he acts around her. he is always on her side.
- my dad has deticate his life for his family...and he loves it!
-he loves babies
-he has strong hands
-he makes it obvious he loves me
-sometimes he doesnt really put that much care in things and lets mom do the decision making but when he really cares about something he cares and lets us know.
-he often is helping out with house work
-he is really smart and knows alot of information.
-he often says funny quotes, some his, some grandpa or grandma..carrying their sayings too
-he always makes me laugh
-he is so humble...i dont think he realizes how awesome he really is
-he loves to teach
-he doesn't judge, but just loves unconditionally.
-He'll take the time to talk
-he is always coming up with new ideas and projects...lets do a ironman, scouts trips, movie project
-he always willing and able to give me a blessing, and gave me a fathers blessing before school
-he has been veyr patient with me as i used to take forever to be ready for school
-he loves his and my moms parents
- I love it when we roller skate dance
-he loves musicals and westerns and the history channel
-he has the talent of talking
-he care for others outside of the family alot too. and they see him as a fatherly figure. -he told my friend not to get married before 21 or else she wouldnt go rafting...she waited until 22.
-he is goofy and entertaining
-he sometimes does his "mom" voice/ high pitch....its funny
- Ilove when he leaves messages on my answer machines
- when someone may of said a rude comment he sees it as an opurtunity to learn and improve on what they said.
-he thinks people dont want to listen to him sometimes - but we really do
-he is brave
-he dances!
-he is a hard worker
-he is adventurous
-he gives me advice
-he sees the good in people and is quick to compliment.
-he is a fish outta watter and in

thursday- fly in with blake and 2 friends, take out lucy from school to eat at mexican resturant down the street (never ate at before.) run home, see dad, do back flips on trampoline, stop by lds for a minute, go see jimmys house for the first time, dr mario, played pool. at night boys wents to jimmys for lan party and girls stayed home for mexican train.

friday - buy talent (hula hoops), stay around home working on dads, and moms things, get rental car, grocery shop, cart almosts hits other car, make cookies!

saturday temple/ shop,ultimate frisbee, grandpa dickinson, dinner with everyone , talent show -hula hoop. relatives come over- pool, roller skating..aka hockey

sunday mark wedding - decorate in morning, church, wedding- sang at it, deco car, mini christmas, presents, family circle, family games, home videos

monday - christmas shopping, blazer game- won free chalumpas, hike at tryon creek in lake oswego, learn to drive a stick shift.

tuesday- drove off to wachington - sang in car, saw the settle needle thing, made it to the sound, looked at boats and crabs, and rope making machines, blake wrestled with his nephews, went on date to crepes, stroll around town, view point, and narnia movie. read scriptures together, meet sister...sleep

wednesday- visit their horse, go the sound water/ beach, do mini hikes, look over a bridge, learn to skip rocks, make a teeter tater out of a tree. drove home...sang, go to larry ds - watch muppets christmas, make a ginger bread house aka a school bus, read stories to kids, play bored games.

thursday- drop off blake early morning to airport- almost miss flight,christmas shopping with lucy and miranda, swimming with the gang in hilsboro, out to eat at izzys with dad, andy and lucy. face masks/ feet soak/ paint nails with lucy.

friday - wrap christmas presents, family christmas eve dinner, do a dog puzzle, paul came in town late at night, watched the nativity video

saturday- christmas...wake up wake up wake up...i think i was in 3 different rooms from hideing from lucy before i finally woke up. yummy german pancakes for breakfast, christmas stair pic, christmas presents....i got clothes, a serger!, iron and ironing boared for my sewing, bored games, lucy game me "Blake" on the box it said jacob black..with jacob crossed off and an "E" added to the end of black(e). they look similar with their dark complextions. we then had christmas dinner and played with our christmas toys and games. we played boulder das and the answers we're really funny. we also got a new system for the xbox where u dont need a controller but it is sensored so u just move ur hands and body to play. pretty fun. we played banana grams too.

sunday- church, annul hedman christmas party, johns friends come over and play banana grams, boulder dash, etc.

monday- dentist, hair dyed by tina, me and lucy got our nails done...i have cute toes now.

tuesday- today was sewing day!!! me and lucy worked on making a purse with her new sewing machine she got for chirstmas. we got almost all it finished except for the holes that we will add later. then we shopped at nordstrum to exchange some christmas clothes. after wards to target to exchange the kinnect cd that was broken.

wednesday- drive to fort stevens at the beach. we stayed at a huge 4 story house. pretty cool place. there we played lots of games...things, boulderdash, bannana grams, chess, guitar hero, tetrus, dance dance revolution, dr mario, etc. we ate yummy meals. wewent to the military forts. and played in them they were very fun as we ran around and made noises. then we went to a ship wreck on the beach...it was super windy..i could lean back and it carried me. i ran and made all the seagulls fly away. and we found a dad whale on the beach! it was sick.. we could see its back bone sticking out. we would kick it and it would jiggle...dont want to know what would happen if it poped..or how it would smell. it was pretty funny there are two sets of stairs each on different sides of the house and mom didnt realize that you can use one all the way down to the whole time she had been going down half walking clear across the hallway and down the other stairs and back across the other hallway to get down hahha.lucy also wanted water during the night and it was funny because mom brought her some in her cupped hands...that didnt go over so well so mom not wanting to walk down 3 floors soaked a rag and had lucy drink froma wet rag.

thursday- was the place haunted?! creepy crawlers and scream in the ngiht? in the morning we played sardines which was awesome in this huge house as there are soooo many places to hide. then we went to a sopt to see the big waves in the beach crashing. after that we went to seaside and saw the seals and feed them. carter was drench in water the seals splashed. then we played on the beach and went and rode the carosel- merry go round. then we had elephant ears...yum. afterwards we went to the taffy shop and spun the wheel for a free taffy. eden won a bag of popcorn too. then we were on the way home. in the car for christmas we got movie things so we watched nanny mcphee. the ride home was crazy as we went through the mountains and it was covered with snow. we got home! later we shopped at thift store with mom, lucy, and sarah.

friday- new years eve! run with dad, lucy, larry, paul, and peter in below freezing weather to the temple and back... that is 8 miles! then go play water polo, john leaves town, grocery shop with cilla, party at home with family and friends - play games, sudoku, rockband, dr mario. they sing happy birthday to me and miranda thought that i would feel more important with extra candles so i blew out 32 candles in stead of 22...that mean im older?! then i went to my tualatin friends new years party - visiting hilary, cameron harper, his siter katie, michael n. and gregson. some of them i have not seen since two years. we played mario cart and cards. on the way home i was able to talk to blake on the phone and he was in 2011 and i was in 2010 so i was talking to the future! then i came home for the count down and we yelled!!! them we went roller skating!where we skated and played hockeya dn karaoke and pizza. and home to bed at 4.

saturday- new years day! wake up at 11am on 2011. derek gets baptised, frostys!

sunday- church, break the fast. see Lynn Kinsley.

Crash!

Blake and I got in a car accident!

after a week or two with out my car because it was having car trouble, blake worked and worked on it until it was fixed!! he finished saturday night!

its sunday! yay i can drive again!!! i drive to church! whoo! then we drive to midway to go see his family for the day.

oh the way home.....

we were driving provo canyon and hit a piece of black ice! the car swerved and then spun in a circle until it flipped on its side (passenger) and slid on the street for about 10-15 feet.

both of us were not hurt! the lord was looking out for us. as soon as we crashed someone pulled over and poked their head in the driver seat window (now like a sun roof) and asked if we were in there....we were! blake was dangling above me. this was very scary! it was weird because all i remember is watching it! i took it all in by watching but dont remember any sound and blake doesnt remember what he saw but what he heard and felt.

it was the perfect crash if that is possible.... no one hurt!, people here to help fast (give us a place to sit in their car- its snowing outside), didnt slide in the ditch but out of the street. blake was driving slow...if any faster we would of been very hurt. i got to sit in the back of a cop car! (pretty cool), engine is still great!

the damage: fender busted in, scratches, dents, lights broke, bumper off, side mirror gone, back window shattered, roof caved little, panels off, icecream speaker crushed etc.

Blake proposed on my birthday! he picked the ring out all by him self and its gorgeous! he brought me to rock canyon which is where we went on our first date (rock climbing). we hiked up to a top of a cliff where it has a beautiful view and he knelt down in the snow and and asked me to marry him! and i said yes! (well actually it was more like.. yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!)

(ill tell more about me birthday later)

afterward we went out to dinner at Zupas and decided on marrying in June!!! not sure what date.... most likely around the run.

we will marry in the Portland temple.

we are so happy and excited!

remember popcorn?! well i still am addicted by the i dont eat it nearly as much...prob once a week instead of twice a day. although my replacement of popcorn turned to ice cream!....which is soooo good but not good lol i am trying to convert back to popcorn and less icecream.

so i hav awesome roomates! all of them! we have a lot of fun together. this is my roomate katelin she is crazy! :)

HARRY POTTER PREMERE!!!
We went to the happy potter part 1 movie 7 at midnight! it was fun. me and sara dressed up as the weeping willow from the movie...wearing brown and green and carrying around branches that we used to wack people with...and with blake being the only other person we knew he got wacked a lot

Guitar hero is awesome! i have got the chance to play it a little more lately...its rad but i realized it doesnt help my real guitar playing...guess ill have to do both.

thanksgiving

i spent thanksgiving at blakes house this year. it was the first time i was a away from home for the holidays kinda weird. the plan was for blake to come home but the weather was too crazy to drive in so we decided to stay which turned out to be a great option...

i had met his family here and there for little things but this game me the oppurtunity to get to know them way better. they are very fun. they are very big on recreation..maybe more then our family which is crazy to think. we did lots of fun things- we went to their condo- the girls slept over one night together, we went swimming there and went walking around to see the new lift chairs and went to pick up their skiing passes. we would also watch movies, watch the thanksgiving parade on tv..never seen it before, i got to see blakes baby pictures and pictures growing up- that was fun, we went sledding a few times, once behind their 4 wheeler, we went and chopped down their christmas tree adn had a fire, we played the wii, had thanksgivng dinner..very yummy - everyone went around and said what they were thankful for, played soccer, went on walks, played guitar, at this point i met all his family except for his sister heather who lives in washington. and many other fun things

Halloween

for halloween this year, i went to a ward party with dinner adn a dance. me and blake dressed up as mimes. it was pretty fun. my roomate told me she would get me a stake dinner if i didnt talk the whole night...and we didnt. it was a really fun date...i would recommend it to anyone to go ona date with out talking..you have to find new ways to communicate and your conversation is so different then it would be. by the end of the night we got pretty good at acting out things... altho there was one time i was trying to tell him something about the song playing hte background and he thought i had to go to the bathroom...so who knows if we understood eachother haha.

ok update on school life! this year is great because:

awesome roomates! i am friends wih all of them and we have lots of fun. no problems at all. we do lots of fun activities like: dance party, scripture study, ward actvities, dog piles, ice cream runs (we play the ice cream man music while going to the store to buy ice cream), football games etc. we have become a little less social with eachother as everyone has boyfriends but we always play after the boys are gone and even so its fun to have so many couples over its like a big group date haha

we also went rope swinging!

i am still sewing and loving it. i am in process of sewing a mans taylored button up shirt in my class for blake. it is comming along well! but i found a random cut in it in the front so i need to consider redoing a lot or sewing on a patch. i also made a jacket in this class. and next ill make a girls dress. i have also done other projects outside of class such as made my roomies swimsuit modest, made a XXL shirt into a M size shirt for my neighbor, turned a shirt in to pants for my roomates costume, etc. i have also changed my shirts in length in sleeves and hem. i love sewing. i also fixed a botton on blakes jacket.

my bishop is awesome!!! he is so cool. really funny and very personal. he calls, emails, text, and meets with people 24-7! he says he wants to be our local parents and talk about whatever! my roomates kept coming back from meeting withhim and telling what he told them. suddenly i got jealous and started meeting with th ebishop.the problem is the bishop always gives u a hard challenge to do..and u got to do it! lol but its all good. he is very inspried and fun. i wil go to meet with him and have no idea why or come with zero questions but i always leave happy.

i have a boyfriend named Blake! he is really great. we have been dating since sept 26. so almost a month and a half. we met playing soccer, i talked to him for a few minutes and then left. he called a couple different people to finally track down my number and ask me out on a date. he served in new jersey where my roomate katelin minetto served. he is from a family of 11 kids so alot like ours and from utah. i like him alot and have fun with him.

i have been playing the guitar alot! i really like it! i did my first performance with a big group- i played and sang with my roomate anna the song country roads by john denver in from of our ward. :)

general conference visits!

For general conference i had lucy, peter adn cilla and fam, john and sara and fam, and paul and kari all in town. it was pretty awesome. we did a byu tour of campus with blake, and then went to pirate island resturant which was really cool. then me and lucy took off and went boating with blakes family where we knee board. i also learned to do a back flip that night on a trampoline!! whooo. then we hiked the y, went swimming, went out to a fancy meat resturant, and then the corn maze. on sunday we watched general conference, had breakfast, had a picnik and played ultimate frisbee, we also played pirates dice and settlers. then we went to temple square and said good bye! what an awesome weekend!

My best friend is married! wow i cant believe it! im excited for her! i knew them as they dating and approve of the boy colby. im going to miss the moments we;ve had and excited to see what is instore for our friendship.

I LOVE BOATING!!

This week i went 3 times.
-monday with the family and dale kinsley/ the winchesters.
-tuesday with Andy, jeremy robbins, angela, theresa (from work), niki bauer, christine sickles, dad and me.
-saturday (biggest group) - tyler and katelin minetto, lane rufener, christine sickles, colby haines, scott davis, michael mccray, dad, courtney hammer, dirk david and me.

on saturday there were so many in the boat that the water would over flow in the boat.

these were all tubing days.

luke asked to go skating again before the mission! so we got a group together..it was lots of fun. i brought my highschool best friend lynn and her baby emma to come. it was refreshing to hang out with her as its been so long! we played hockey and did lots of trains. i love love love skating!!!!

everyone left at home went to seaside beach! the family doesnt have a car right now leaving my car -the "go-to-car". we drove it the beach but were very squished as the back seat is for 3 people and we had 4. we got the beach and walked arougn adn ate at pancake pigs! then we did some shopping and went to the actual beach. it was a perfect day, just sunny enough...the water wasnt that cold either! then we went and ate elephant ears. afterwards we went to our hotel and played alot of games such as royalty, bluff, etc. then watched minority report..(very good movie.) the next day we had a yummy pancake breakfast on our pattio and found a article in the magizine called...dont read this article....and so that was it we didnt read it. :) next we did a special family prayer. next we went and had a old fashion photo taken of us... pretty cool. then we rented a bike car and went and got ice cream. it was scary as lucy would drive, then it was scarier when luke drove because with him we almost ran into a pole and a car. lol. then we went and got taffy and we drove home! the end. (the sand castle you see...well we didnt make it but wanted to pretend we did lol we're cool)

I LOVE BOATING!! this year ive gone out a good number of times. it took along time for it to heat up so we've been the only boat on the lake for a while. i've tubed, skiied, solgmned, and tryed out wake boarding for the first time. i really want to learn to get better at one ski and to ski on stilts. when i boat i just love it...espeacially water skiing!

Luke, Andy and I went rafting with the Hammer family last friday! we had a blast! it was such a different experience because we only had one boat. and it was a very cold day, so we stayed in boat as much as possible, (except when luke did a swan dive in the water just after we hit box car...lol very funny). we hit all the main rapids really good!

In extention of yellowstone, i drove the extra few hours to provo. it was a fun reunion as all my old roomies and gang were still there. i gathered everyone back together for a game night... its so weird to me because none of them had gotten back together since i'd left. we played the ninja game and watched youtube videos: "hey ben"...very funny. we then went to byrons house and played pingpong and visited.

monday i went swimming with christine colby adn byron we played goof around water polo. then i got to catch up with byron at his house and play guitar/ put up a hammock. then christine owed us roomates a dinner for becoming engaged. it was such fun to catch up with the girls! i love my old roomies. then i went and played tennis with byon colby and christine, followed by making milkshakes.

on tuesday i went and visited sara at her house and am trying to convince her to be my roomie, then i went to chandas house and we had some one on one time at her apartment and i DID convince her to be my roomie! whooooo!!! then i went to the park with colby where christines work was having a barbque. i got a homemade balloon for the show tonight ...werewolf. i was able to see the new twilight movie: new moon. it was really fun! the theater even selled the popcorn favoring i love. we played guitar while wating in line.

on wednesday i went wedding dress shopping with christine and she bought the first one she tryed on. then i went out to eat with byron at "5 guys" (one of the things we said we were going to do one day). it was not disappointing! mmmmmmm. i spilt water...real smooth on my part lol. then after eating we went to his house and talked. then i hung out with christine and she bought me popcorn..my fav, jello...my fav and it was good. me adn christine had slumberpartys in the living every night. man i love that kid...crazy she is getting married. i am going to miss our slumberparties. then i picked up luke and we found a tank and came home :)

Yellowstone

Went camping in tents at yellowstone with paul/kari, john/sara/zora/issac, luke, and morleys. tons of fun! we drove around and saw tons of animals: eagle, buffalo, elk, coyote, bear, etc. we also went on hikes to waterfalls! we went to a bear/ wolf exibit as well. i got to feed a chipmunk cheese from my hand too! around camp we had yummy dutch oven meals, swam, bonfires, games, played 500 frisbee and played the guitar.

this year i am called to be a girls camp leader over 2nd years! i am really excited. i am in lucy's cabin and we are called the lego ladies! mom is also coming to camp and is over the 2nd years that are in the cabin over- shes called the fork lifts. as the theme this year is under construction.

to get to know our girls better we put a skating thing together for both our cabins. we made it s pajama skate party and we sewed pajamas for everyone with print of legos or forklifts.

it was really fun! and i am excited for camp.

my old roomate/ new future roomie lives in washington adn her family all drove down to troutdale for the day to shop at the outlets. so i drove up and got to spend a few hours with her and her family. we had subway and went shopping. she also surprised me with some homemade apple cider from her farm.

its about that time... missionarys are returning! it is crazy! its been fun to catch up with them....i have friends again! haha. heres a picture of michael...he comes to my house and now he is mummified...poor kid lol. nah he's cool we have gone boating, working, guitar, etc. i've missed my friends and glad to have them back :)its kinda crazy ill go to one mission homecoming talk and then drive to the next church to another.

my best friend is christine! she is dating this boy named colby and they are practically engaged. he came to oregon to meet her family/ get approval to ask her to marry her. it was fun having then here as i got to give colby a tour of my house. we also went to the park and went "boxing" aka attempted to slide down the hills with laundry boxes...yes attempted is the corrected word as it was kinda unsuccessful but we had a blast. we even tryed it in the skate park and it worked. :)

I went down to las vegas for 5 days to visit breanne and it was a blast!!!! breanne has some special deal where she gets alot of things for free so we were able to stay in a fancey hotel called the paris! we went swimming in their swimming pool. we went to two shows- acomedy and acrobat show. really cool. they rolled around what looked like a huge hula hoop. very rad! we went to fancey buffets, walked the strip, went to the m&m factory, watched a awesome water show, i met her new dog, went shopping at the outlet mall and watched movies,....the best part was being with breanne! it had been too long since we hung out! i was pretty proud of my money spending as all i spent money on was a water mat for the pool- $10 and once eating at mcD's- $3...spending a total of $13 the whole trip...impressive eh? lol. on the way home my airplane was like 4 hours late...so in the mean time i went on a date with this random guy who was also waiting for our flight and we got free dinner from the airport. whooo

this year in utah was by far my best year in school! i loved it and it was very hard to leave! lots of friendships and fun

now i am in oregon for the summer! been back a week today. its great! i get to see family alot! i am going to try to earn $4000 this summer and the plan is to do it the first 2 monthes of summer so i can play the second two months :) so far i have earned 600...i getting there!

in march i hurt my foot either dancing or running. david said i either strained or sprained it or possily a stress factor, then i went to the doctors and thats what he said too. i had to wear a special sandle for a month. as well as stop dancing and running (which i was doing everyday..big change! in life style) i also went to a theripst for my foot at school and they massaged it everyday (whoo)

i am starting to do normal things now. it feels lots better.

my birthday started at home over the winter break. we had a family party. my cake was jello by request and i picked out a favorite meal: rice cassorole. i got a lot of fun gifts... my favorite a lil bow from spencer. we played dr mario, dance dance revolution, rock band (beatles) and pokemon puzzle (n64).

my real birthday:
on my birthday i woke up with breakfast (pancakes) from my roomie christine. at school in my danceclass my classmates danced around me while singing to me, i went out to eat with paul at the cougareat at byu. then i went skiing! with luke, paul, sherry, nick durrant, christine, and brewer. it was really fun and a lil cold. when we got hot choc my friend had everyone sing happy birthday to me in the lounge. then afterwards we went to my house and had pizza and sang happy birthday and i blew out a real smelly candle. then we watched star trek and visited with sherry and jeff.

day after my birthday:
my roomates threw me a surprise birthday party! i was at the neighbors house when i opened the door to leave everyone was there screaming surprise! i was so scared i screamed and ran away. i wasnt even sure it was for me until people started singing haha. then we went to our apartment lounge and played card games, pool, ping pong,dancing, karoke, yummy food and visited with eachother.

this is a post about one of my old fav roomies. she was in my apartment last year and she is so funny! she loves to smile and just have fun! things are always a exciting with her.

she would wake me up in the mornings because she was so entertained with how i reacted. she called me "Sleepy heidi."

her favorite color is purple! and well purple=sara!

she would play "heidi huck" with my friend marty. i would trust fall in their arms and then they would huck me! haha its fun

she has a distinct way she talks, i picked up on it.

(pre christmas break)... i went to cali for a few days and helped peter and cilla prep for their move to oregon. it was fun to help and spend time with their family. i also got to go to an awesome chrismas lighted house, and a train museum!

this break we played alot of games, movies, visiting, ice cream, lilys baby blessing, moving in peter, etc.

we had a extended christmas party where we did talent shows, dinner, games, and stories.

we did our classic christmas storys by the fire :)

we did roller skating 2 times, pre new years and new years.

we had a girls night out. us girls and mom (not pictured) all went to see the chipmuck movie #2. it was really fun and special having girls day out.

new years was really fun! (these pics are pretty blury sorry) we played lots of games at home. then i went to the single adult dance where they had lots of fun activities such as huge twister, slingshot people etc. then i went roller skating! the roller skating was my favorite by far! its what makes new years for me every year!!

we got to visit with lots of family including some new family members...mirandas new cats!

lucy came to visit me in utah for a week. it was awesome! she fits right into college life. we had alot of fun. we did puzzles, movies, ice cream, tandum bikes, watched the new twilight (new moon) at midnight, push lucy around in a random cart, found a fort and put our names/ remembrance in it, ran bleachers,bowling, football game (sneak popcorn in our coats), sewing class, hot tub in bath tub with ice cream etc!

i love being able to spend time with lucy she is so special to me and a best friend! i loved showing her everything in my life in utah and showing her off to my friends here. shes is so fun! I LOVE LUCY!

i had a block class on all day tues, thurs but it ended now so now i have no school tuesday and thursdays! its great im even more busy it feels though because i am trying to fit in all other things on my list to do that i dont always get to on thoses days and i can never fit it all in.

i am going to be heading up a exercise program for the relief society each week. im thinking maybe teaching dance classes, aerobic dance, flexibility classes, and runs!

this halloween was very eventful. it started out a week before halloween.. a group of us went to a haunted house...it was super scary...i even socked my date in the face on accident cuz i was scared. haha

in the last few years of college ive always been able to study and get my work done but its been very spuratic of when it was done. ive always kinda avoided the library. but this year has been different. ive been very one top of it and in fact ive had all septembers homework done for a while now and the months still going. i study a few hours after classes in the library. and have started a calender thru my gmail account which is amazing! i have all my homework written down and when there due on there. so i can just keep working down the list and everything is very clear. its fun for me because i can cross it off on the computer when its down and i get to see all ive accomplished. sooo far...sooo good :)

we won the first 2 games! (both away) i watched them over at a group of boys house where we had lots of people and a barbeque...luke comes with me too :)... the very first game was amazing! because we thought we didnt have a chance in winning it was a even better win! afterwards PROVO WENT CRAZY! and so did me and luke! we ran around with a group of friends and climbed up a wall to dong the victory bell, honked our horns, yelled out in the streets, high fiving people on the curbs. went to a party out side where everyone was chanting "BYU!" there was a pinyata of the other teams quarter back there and people were crowd surfing. we got slurpees adn in the 7-11 parking lot there was a party. (people were running through the streets with no shirts on). we went to another party at the stadium cheering and celebrating. it was an awesome crazy night!!!
the last game was the first home game and it was fun to be at the stadium but not so fun cuz we lost. but byu did get a touch down in 8 seconds running 80 yards which is awesome! and we won the cheerleading contest there :)

Arizona, Utah, reunion, wedding, raft!!

Arizona! August 6 - august 10

on the airplane up we got a little bored...

on thursday me and lucy flew down for my "childhood bestfriend" Andrea Couch's wedding. We helped her get readdy and went swimming. then went to her wedding/reception which was very fun. afterwards we spent the night at the couches. and went swimming in the morning.

on friday we spent the day with the ellsworths and climbed the tree house with rachel, played teeter-tater, rode a motorcycle, rode a horse, watched harry potter etc. then saturday we had the wedding open house which was really successful and pretty! sunday we had a big dinner and went to the arizona temple and watched the joseph smith movie at the visiting center there. :)

Utah (thur july 30 - mon August 3)
Last minute my friend christine convinced me to go on a trip to utah for fun! we got to visit with my friend nick, sarah, and sherry! we didnt get to see paul and kari as they were in oregon :(
there we... went to a water park, played frisbee, climbed trees, had a picnik, played pool, raquetball, ping pong, board games, helped sherry move, watched movies, had icecream and ate guana food.
we drove down in her dads convertible which was fun and when we were out to eat at dennys we saw a mouse in the restuant!

after seeing the mouse a water ball hit my foot in the car and it scared me adn christine bad so we kept our feet up the rest of the way.

Saturday (july 25) - Jeff and Sherrys wedding!!! paul came in town. i babysat all the grandkids but maddie with lucy and my friend christine. then we joined the wedding party at the temple. followed by an awesome lunchen and reception. at the lunchen we were able to get a family picture because this was the 2nd time in my life to have all the siblings together! pretty awesome! at the reception i sang with tammy and lucy (l.o.v.e.) as well as by myself (only you). the brothers all sang sherry baby which was awesome. i caught the bouquet too :)

Sunday - tuesday (july 26-28) - we went to the beach! it was really fun with videos, pirate party, bonfire, beach playing, boating/skiing/canoeing. we also got sick there...so many were sick u would run to the bathroom to throw up and it was occupied with someone else throwing up. we had fun anyways :)

Tuesday night (july 28) - andy eagle court of honor! really cool the brothers presented the award to andy and matthew.

for the fourth we went to grandpas house and went tubbing with the martins. then they left and the wilson family came over adn we had pizza and went out in the boat for skiing :) then we all headed out to watch the fireworks on the lake! they were awesome as always! afterwards we ended with pie and ice cream

horsebackriding!:
the wilson girls came over for a week slumberparty and one of the days we went horsebackriding in sherwood. there a HORSE BITE ME! on the arm leaving a bruise.but that horse is still my fav cuz he was the craziest.

The Beach!:
whats summer without the beach. me and my friend christine and a few of her friends went to the beach. we build sandcastles, hiked around, and enjoyed the sand.

Rafting!: i had the oppurtunity to go rafting with my friends the hammer family. it was just one boat which is different then i was used to but still was so fun! we had plastic swords my friend found at the dollar tree. they didnt do anything but just were rad and floated. so when another boat would water attack us, we would fight back by shaking our swords and saying "dont make us use this!" lol

tubing!: ive been blessed to go out tubbing almost everyweek if not twice a week. we got some new tubes which our really fun. one time i was tubbing with john and we were about to get chucked off so we would shift our weight to correct it and be safe well one time we over corrected it and fliped the tube the oppisite way we were being chucked off. haha

ballon festival: when john and sarah were in town we went to the balloon festival and got to enjoy what was happening there. tho we found just playing at cooks park was just as fun in the end.

dance class: at the beginning of the summer i took dance classes at pcc and in the hiphop class i did a dance performance in it. i have always felt pretty funny trying act gangster tho.

ice blocking: one saturday me, luke, andy and lucy pulled together some friends for ice blocking at gabriel park! we had lots of people there and it was really fun!

ultimate frisbee: oh how i love ultimate frisbee. mark, me , luke and andy often go play with some friends and have a blast. im actually improving a ton! which its about time.

idaho trip and utah trip

idaho!!
june 5 - june 9 lucy and i went on a trip to idaho! we left fri june 5th at 330am on our long drive. and came into town around 330 or 4. that night we had a bunch of people come over and watched a movie in breannes lobbys theater room :) we watched mall cop and shutter! then saturday we went canoeing! it was freezing but we did it! we then watched some rented movies and went to the cheap theater and had dinner- it was really fun catching up with breanne. then on sunday we went to church - lucy boar her testimony, later we played card games and pictionary. breanne made cookies for us. i also died breannes hair. then on monday we made a movie pretty much completely IMPROV which was pretty cool. we also went to walmart and had a list of things to find and put in our cart - we all raced and had a blast. lucy won. lucy also got a hair cut on monday which was cool - just a trim. we worked out as well. then on tuesday we went on campus with breanne to devotional. i also got to visit with one of my old friend named bryce. throughout this trip me and lucy have been reading the new moon book which is the 2nd twilight book cuz we are excited its coming out in november!

we left early wednesday morning from idaho to utah and arrived at sherrys. first me and lucy joined tammy and here extended family and went out to eat at a pizza shop. through out the trip we ate popsicles, played royalty, games, ate apples, played on a tramp basket ball court, played nintendo, read the host, had a crape party, visited with tammys friend megan, went shopping at the mall, watched movies, picked up sherrys wedding dress. we also had a wedding shower for sherry which was fun :) it was a fun sister week

Wisdom Teeth

yesterday i got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled. it was my first time ever... having a surgery, stitches, laughing gas, and being put to sleep. my checks are puffy but not as bad i thought they would be. and my dimple is no more hahaha. recovery is happing..slowly but surely
